Miami Country Day School was founded in 1938 as a residential proprietary boarding school for boys through eighth grade and has evolved remarkably over the past 74 years. The School has become a coeducational, nonprofit, interdenominational school with approximately 1075 students in Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 representing approximately 32 countries. The school’s first twelfth grade graduating class was in 1981.
Mobile Studios installed a complete studio for television and media production in the new Katherine E. Franco Center for Learning. The turnkey studio features a Mobile Studio Classic Flypack equipped with a Tricaster 855 production system along with audio mixer, recording systems, intercom, cameras and cables. The turnkey system is used to teach media arts students how to direct multi-cam video production and operate TV production equipment.
